We respect your privacy. LumenReach Digital will not disclose any client-related information or data without prior consent, except where required by law. However, we may use aggregate and anonymized data to improve our services or for marketing purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

LumenReach Digital will perform all services with reasonable care and skill. However, we do not guarantee specific results, as marketing efforts depend on numerous variables outside our control (e.g., search engine algorithms, third-party platforms). Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service rendered.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice:

  • By the client: The client may cancel services at any time, with a notice period as defined in the agreement or contract.

  • By LumenReach Digital: We may suspend or terminate the services if the client fails to meet payment terms or breaches any part of this agreement.

Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for services rendered up until the termination date.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are generally not provided unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement or contract. If the client wishes to cancel or modify their services, they must do so as per the agreed terms.

10. Dispute Resolution
